Project Summary

The aim of the project is to save 1000 local businesses an average of 2.5 weeks each, over the next 12 months. This unleashes in excess of 100,000 hours of wasted time for the region.

Participating businesses are connected to new technology that will help them free up time from admin tasks to focus on making more profit or just whatever they’d rather be doing.

The first phase of the project is underway connecting the Sunshine Coast Hospitality suppliers to the local café and restaurant businesses to create account payable and accounts receivable efficiencies and free up hours of wasted time.

Supplier’s are joining the project in conjunction with Noosa based bill software provider, Promis. Promis helps supplier’s get paid quicker by making it more convenient for customers to pay their bills creating the following benefits for suppliers in the process:

  • Reduce bad debts by automating payment
  • Reduce reconciliation time
  • Eliminate unnecessary data entry
  • Cut out the risk of human errors that can cause wasted time
  •  Cut costs and re-deploy admin staff
